Jan Van Acoleyen

Jan is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer of Proximus Group since May 2016. Proximus is a telecommunications company of about 14.000 employees operating in the Belgian and international markets. It is leading national provider of telephony, internet, television and network-based ICT services. Jan reports to the President & CEO of the Proximus Group and is member of the Proximus Management Committee. He is also member of the Tango Luxemburg, Wireless Technologies, Belgacom International Carrier Services, Proximus Foundation and Proximus Pension Fund Boards of Directors.


He started his career as Consultant and Business Manager at the Brussels Office of DIP Consulting from 1988-1994. After that he served in several HR roles at Alcatel in the telecommunications as well as semiconductor business, the last one being Vice-President of HR for Alcatel Western Europe until 2004.  During 2004-2006 he was the Corporate Vice-President of Human Resources for Agfa-Gevaert N.V. and then joined Barco in January 2007 as Chief Human Resources Officer up till May 2016, when he joined Proximus. 


Jan attended the KU of Louvain and obtained a Master in Educational (Policy & Management) Sciences in 1986, followed by an MBA at the University of Antwerp in 1991, later complemented by human resources and business programs at the London Business School and the Stanford University.

Milan is an experienced HR professional, highly passionate about Talent Acquisition. In Coca-Cola Hellenic he is leading the prototyping, selection, design and deployment of Digital Talent Acquisition Architecture elements. 
His professional career started at Adecco, global leader in the area of providing human resources services, as an HR Consultant. After Adecco he moved to NIS Gazprom Neft, one of the largest vertically integrated energy companies in Southeast Europe, where he held various positions in their HR recruiting team, from senior to managerial. He successfully completed numerous projects and has been responsible for more than 4.000 placements.
Milan holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Human Resources Management, from Faculty of Technical Sciences where he is currently studying to obtain a Ph.D.

Ruben Baron

Ruben Baron is our Training Consultant in EMEA, dedicated to enabling our clients to succeed in using Cornerstone. Ruben has a degree in Psychology and over 20 years’ practice as human resources generalist with experience in recruitment, career management, training, skills assessment, and employee development.
Prior to joining Cornerstone OnDemand in February 2016, Ruben was Country HR at Areva T&D in Colombia and then promoted to HR Sales Profession for the same French group in France. Following the acquisition of Areva by Schneider Electric, he became the training coordinator for France and in this position he participated in the implementation project for the new Cornerstone LMS and the harmonization of training processes for the EMEA region.

Celia Berenguer

Celia was previously Managing Director, Head of Leadership and Learning at Barclays, and before that Director of Global Capability Development at BP and prior to that Associate Partner at Monitor’s Leadership and Organization Practice. Celia started her career in ExecEd at Harvard Business School, the Carnegie Bosch Institute at Carnegie Mellon University in the US, and Instituto de Empresa, in Madrid, Spain.

Celia is also as a trustee of Ambition School Leadership, a leading UK non-profit organisation that provides leadership development to educators. She lives in Kent, UK with her husband and two sons.

Mike Bollinger

Mike is an accomplished executive with 25 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility. Mike has rich business and deep HCM domain skills including talent strategy, strategic workforce planning, communication, team building, business case development and leadership. Mike speaks regularly at HCM thought leadership events such as Evanta, Argyle, HCI, ICMI and others on HR trends, transformation and culture, generations in the workplace and how to measure the impact of HR transitions. Prior to Cornerstone Mike worked at Oracle for 5 years included the development of the HCM Value Consulting content, value analysis tools and management of a National Value Consulting practice before joining the Oracle HR transformation thought leadership team. Mike also worked at SAP for 7 years in their HCM Center of Excellence. Mike has been formally trained and certified in a number of disciplines including Human Capital Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Value Engineering and Business Process Transformation. In addition to IDC, Nathan has worked for Vodafone’s professional services business and as the Founder and Commercial Director of a technology start-up. Kim Cassady

Kimberly Cassady is the Chief Talent Officer at Cornerstone OnDemand. In this role, Kimberly drives all internal talent initiatives for Cornerstone’s global workforce, including talent acquisition, talent operations and compliance, learning and development, global engagement, compensation and benefits, and facilities and administration. She directly leads a team of more than 40 talent practitioners.
Kimberly brings more than 18 years of experience in human resources and operations leadership. Prior to Cornerstone, she held human resources leadership roles at Galileo Processing and spent more than 10 years in human resources and manufacturing leadership at Valassis.
Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master’s in Business Administration, as well as a Six Sigma Black Belt. She resides in Los Angeles where you can frequently find her riding her Harley along the coast.

Meng-Han Chiang is the HRIS program manager for the French Development Agency in Paris. Meng-Han began her career in consulting and had advised several multinational companies over 10 years, mostly on HR transformation projects (reorganization, process optimization, HRIS implementation, and HR analytics, etc.), before applying her full skill set for the benefit of an institution committing it’s financing and technical assistance to projects that genuinely improve everyday life. In her current role, Meng-Han is responsible for HR digital projects and oversees the CSOD Talent Management Suite (Recruiting, Performance, and Succession). With a group of HR Business Partners, they streamlined working methods, and improved HR operational efficiency. Susanne Christensen

Susanne started her career in the search and selection industry, responsible for the recruitment of various technical specialists and middle management. Shortly after, she was a Consultant for a Global Executive Search firm, driving search projects on senior executive and C-level as well as board positions. She has a track record in finding stellar candidates for top performing and leading international organisations within the FMCG, MedTech and Technology field, working on both local and international assignments. David Fawcitt

Director of Group Talent Development, Prudential Plc
David joined Prudential in 2012 as Director of Group Talent. He is an experienced senior talent and development professional, with particular expertise in running complex global leadership development and learning functions and interventions. He has led the HR agenda for D&I since 2015 and was appointed Chairman of the Prudential Staff Charitable Trust in the same year. 
Prior to joining Prudential, David worked independently as owner and founder of Fawcitt Consulting, which specialised in providing integrated people solutions predominately to large global organisations. 
David’s previous corporate role was as Group Head of Learning at HSBC where he initiated the delivery of Talent and Leadership Development for key populations and a Learning Transformation for the whole organisation. This encompassed all learning content, the creation of a business school with the first learning matrix of Academies and Solution Centres, and a global Learning Management System. His other roles at HSBC included Group Head of Development and Head of Learning and Talent for the Global Investment banking businesses. 
Prior to his career with HSBC, David held director level HR positions at Morgan Stanley as a HR Business Partner and Head of Learning and Development for Europe. This followed 10 years in commercial and HR roles at Household International. 
David holds a BA Honours in Theology from Exeter University and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.  He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  He is married with four children, and enjoys sport (mostly watching these days) and music.

Gareth started his career in Manufacturing where he worked in Production Engineering and Production Management specialising in Process Improvement. Irina Melnikova

Jeff Miller, Ph.D., is the Assistant Vice President of Learning and Organizational Effectiveness at Cornerstone OnDemand, where he oversees employee engagement and motivation, learning and development, tech enablement, career mobility and the company’s executive leadership development program. Prior to Cornerstone, Jeff led training and development for Anna’s Linens and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. He also worked in education for 25 years as a tenured professor of educational psychology, an academic director for Santa Monica College, an owner of a consulting firm that helped struggling urban schools and a teacher for the Los Angeles Unified School District. Jeff has a B.A. in Communications from the University of Southern California, a M.A. in Education from Pepperdine University, and a Ph.D. in Motivation and Learning from the University of Southern California. He is also a published author of two books on motivating adolescents, as well as several articles on workplace trends and corporate learning strategies in Inc., Entrepreneur, and Talent Economy, among others. Kayla Nalven serves as Deputy Director of Global Distribution & Licensing at TED. In this role, Kayla oversees the success of TED's 60+ distribution partnerships to bring ideas worth spreading to audiences around the world. She has a special area of focus on educational platform partnerships, which reach K-12, higher education, adult learners, and English-language learners. Prior to joining TED, she worked on the Content team at Sesame Street developing and implementing topic-specific, multimedia initiatives. Kayla holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and is currently enrolled in the M.A., Cognitive Science in Education program at Teachers College, Columbia University.

Summer Rogers

After nine years of experience working on the product, Summer effectively has a PhD in the Cornerstone platform. During her tenure she has designed solutions for all product suites including Learning, Performance, Recruiting, and Analytics. Now as AVP of Product she supports the complete team of Product Managers who work as business owners influencing the direction and execution of Cornerstone’s innovative product solutions. Summer is originally from the San Diego area where she studied Business Administration for Service Sector Management. After moving to Los Angeles she interviewed to join the Marketing team at Cornerstone but fate and Adam Miller’s keen eye for potential allowed her the opportunity to design products that help HR practitioners realize their organizations’ goals and potential.

Pratik started as a Software Engineer in the Learning team when we were a 50 person company, and has helped build and scale our Product Development department to be a leader in the Talent Management space. Pratik has an engineering degree from USC and an MBA from UCLA.

Bart Schutte

Jan Van Acoleyen

Jan is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer of Proximus Group since May 2016. Proximus is a telecommunications company of about 14.000 employees operating in the Belgian and international markets. It is leading national provider of telephony, internet, television and network-based ICT services. Jan reports to the President & CEO of the Proximus Group and is member of the Proximus Management Committee. He is also member of the Tango Luxemburg, Wireless Technologies, Belgacom International Carrier Services, Proximus Foundation and Proximus Pension Fund Boards of Directors.
He started his career as Consultant and Business Manager at the Brussels Office of DIP Consulting from 1988-1994. After that he served in several HR roles at Alcatel in the telecommunications as well as semiconductor business, the last one being Vice-President of HR for Alcatel Western Europe until 2004.  During 2004-2006 he was the Corporate Vice-President of Human Resources for Agfa-Gevaert N.V. and then joined Barco in January 2007 as Chief Human Resources Officer up till May 2016, when he joined Proximus.

Jan attended the KU of Louvain and obtained a Master in Educational (Policy & Management) Sciences in 1986, followed by an MBA at the University of Antwerp in 1991, later on complemented by human resources and business programs at the London Business School and the Stanford University.
