Adam Miller

Founder and CEO, Cornerstone

Adam Miller is the President & CEO of Cornerstone (NASDAQ: CSOD). He founded Cornerstone in 1999 in his one-bedroom apartment to help people realise their potential, and he has grown it to be one of the largest cloud computing companies in the world with over 22 million users in 191 countries. Under his leadership, Cornerstone has grown at a compounded annual growth rate of over 50% since 2007 and today the Cornerstone global team operates in over 24 countries.


Miller also is an active social entrepreneur. He is the chairman of the Cornerstone Foundation, which helps people who help people, with a focus on education, workforce development and disaster relief. He is the current chairman of Team Rubicon, a leading veterans services organisation providing humanitarian aid globally. He led the merger of FAAN and FAI to create FARE (Food Allergy Research & Education) and serves on FARE’s executive board. In addition to his work with FARE, he helped seed Aimmune Therapeutics and create the UCLA Food Allergy Center. He is the past-president and a current director of IKAR in Los Angeles. He also coaches his children’s AYSO and tournament soccer teams.

Vincent Belliveau

EVP EMEA, Cornerstone

Vincent Belliveau is Executive Vice President and General Manager of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for Cornerstone. He is responsible for overseeing all of Cornerstone's European operations including sales and marketing, implementation, services and support. Vincent joined Cornerstone in 2007 and has built the company’s very successful EMEA business essentially from scratch.


Prior to joining Cornerstone, Belliveau served as the North East Europe Director of IBM's Master Data Management (MDM) and Information Integration Solutions. Vincent also served as IBM's EMEA Sales Director for WebSphere Product Center Software (formerly known as Trigo), where he grew the client base, developed key routes to markets and increased license sales. Prior to that, Belliveau honed his management consulting and business analysis skills while at McKinsey & Company.

James Caan

CBE, Serial Entrepreneur and Founder and CEO of Hamilton Bradshaw
James Caan CBE is one of the country’s most successful, dynamic and influential entrepreneurs. After founding Alexander Mann Group, a UK recruitment business he grew to £130m turnover and 30 offices worldwide he co-founded executive head-hunting firm Humana International, in which he sold his stake in 1999.
Formerly Chairman of the UK Government's Start Up Loans Scheme where he supported entrepreneurs with funding and mentoring to start their own business. He is well known for appearing on the BBC‘s Dragons’ Den as well as hosting CNBC’s The Business Class, and now regularly appears on the panel of Sky News’ The Pledge. 
James has been involved in numerous charities and established the James Caan Foundation in 2006, to work with causes close to his heart. He is currently the founder and CEO of private equity firm, Hamilton Bradshaw.

Mark Goldin

Chief Technology Officer, Cornerstone

Mark Goldin is the Chief Technology Officer for Cornerstone. In this role, Mark is responsible for building and directing the company's global technology strategy, which will allow the organization to best scale in the midst of rapid growth. Goldin oversees application architecture, development, quality assurance and technology operations while leading a world-class team of engineers to assure Cornerstone's continued excellence in providing innovative and feature-rich talent management software.
Prior to joining Cornerstone, Mark was the Chief Operations and Technology Officer at Green Dot Corporation where he oversaw application development, IT infrastructure, supply chain and logistics, and call center operations with a team that helped grow valuation by greater than a factor of 10 in just three years. Goldin has also held CTO positions at Thomson Elite (where he conceived, founded and ran SaaS pioneer Elite.com) and DestinationRx.

Kirsten Helvey

Chief Operating Officer, Client Success, Cornerstone

Kirsten Helvey is Chief Operating Officer at Cornerstone. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of global business operations and global client experience, including satisfaction, retention, global industry solutions, professional services delivery and business consulting.


Prior to Cornerstone, Kirsten was a member of the Supply Chain Operations Strategy Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM Business Consulting Services. She has extensive experience providing operational expertise to Fortune 500 companies using enabling technologies.


Kirsten is a member of Women in Technology International (WITI) and serves on the board of Junior Achievement of SoCal.

Jason Corsello

Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Marketing, Cornerstone OnDemand
Jason Corsello is SVP of Strategy and Corporate Development for Cornerstone. He is responsible for driving the company’s product innovation, go-to-market strategies and new corporate initiatives. This includes guiding M&A and Cornerstone’s corporate venture investments, as well as overseeing new product initiatives in the areas of PaaS, workforce analytics and mobile.
Jason has over 20 years of experience in enterprise software, market research and management consulting. Prior to joining Cornerstone in 2011, he worked with HR consulting firm Knowledge Infusion (now Appirio), where he was senior vice president of strategy and corporate development, responsible for the organization's strategy and solutions. He also developed and launched many new services for the firm and played a lead consulting role with many of Knowledge Infusion’s Global 2000 clients, such as Nike, Dell and Metlife. His background also includes a research director role with Yankee Group, leading the company's human capital management and talent management advisory and consulting services. He also spent six years with Flextronics International (now Flex), where he worked with large, multi-national clients in developing their outsourced manufacturing and supply chain strategies.
Corsello is an active participant in the human capital management community, speaking at events such as the HR Technology Conference and LA Tech Summit. He has also been featured as an industry expert in media outlets such as The Economist, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes and CIO Magazine. Mike Bollinger

Mike is an accomplished executive with 25 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility. Mike has rich business and deep HCM domain skills including talent strategy, strategic workforce planning, communication, team building, business case development and leadership. Prior to Cornerstone Mike worked at Oracle for 5 years included the development of the HCM Value Consulting content, value analysis tools and management of a National Value Consulting practice before joining the Oracle HR transformation thought leadership team. Mike also worked at SAP for 7 years in their HCM Center of Excellence. Mike's areas of expertise includes: HCM Strategy, Analytics, Talent Development & Education, Shared Services, Recruiting, HRMS/Payroll, Finance, Procurement, Planning and Budgeting.

Jeff Miller

Jeff Miller manages the internally focused Learning & Development initiatives at Cornerstone. In this role, he oversees management and leadership training, provides leadership coaching and drives Cornerstone’s Development Days- monthly learning events held globally where employees educate and motivate while building strong cross-functional teams. Prior to Cornerstone, Jeff led the learning and development functions at two organizations and had his own consulting company. He holds a doctorate in Motivation and Learning from the University of Southern California and writes a blog on workplace motivation for Cornerstone.

Kimberly Cassady

Vice President of Talent, Cornerstone

Kimberly Cassady is the Vice President of Talent at Cornerstone OnDemand. In this role, Kim drives all internal talent initiatives for Cornerstone’s more than 1,600 global employees, including talent acquisition, talent operations and compliance, learning and development, global engagement, compensation and benefits, and facilities and administration. She directly leads a team of more than 40 talent practitioners. Kim brings more than 15 years of experience in human resources and operations leadership. Prior to Cornerstone, she held human resources leadership roles at Galileo Processing and spent more than 10 years in human resources and manufacturing leadership at Valassis.

Mark Lamswood

Regional Director, Content Services, Cornerstone

Mark heads up our Content Services team in Europe. He’s worked in HR and Learning & Development for over twenty years, with a wealth of HCM and Cloud experience. As a former client, he has first-hand experience of implementing and using Cornerstone, so knows exactly what our clients are looking for. Mark is based in the UK and works with our clients across Europe. Dr. Jennifer Burnett

Principal Consultant, Cornerstone

Jennifer Burnett has spent her career managing change, resolving business challenges and executing talent strategy. She has over 20 years experience as both a business leader and consultant in talent acquisition, talent management, talent analytics, and strategic workforce planning. 

Currently, Jennifer is the Principal Consultant for Talent Analytics as part of the Thought Leadership and Advisory Services Team of Cornerstone OnDemand. 

Prior to joining Cornerstone, Jennifer held executive HR roles at Bank of America and CSX Transportation, and has provided consulting services to a variety of clients from manufacturing and mining, to healthcare and education.

Isadora Dantas

Mobile Product Manager, Cornerstone
Isadora joined Cornestone four years ago, as a Product Designer. More recently, in 2015, she shifted to the business side of product and started working as a Mobile Product Manager. Holding both a Masters in Design and a MBA, helps her to prioritize User Experience, while still aligning with business strategy and company vision. This expertise led her to be the driving force behind the development of Cornestone’s new Learning App.
She started her career as an architect in Brazil, where she’s originally from, and since then has worked in different countries and navigated through different industries until arriving in Tech. Outside of work, she’s also a public speaker on different topics related to Happiness and has already presented at three different TEDx events.

Josephine Dwyer

Senior Manager, Product Management, Cornerstone

Josie worked at CSOD for 6 years. She started as a product manager designing Learning, Extended Enterprise and Core features. As part of Cornerstone’s commitment to ensure the application is “global-friendly”, Josie relocated to Europe in 2012, and is now based in London responsible for the Product Management function in EMEA. Josie (and her team’s) primary responsibility is to co-innovate with our prospects and clients to understand EMEA business processes, translating them into functional requirements. By providing the Product Management team use cases or “storylines” for product design, we ensure the global needs are taken into consideration. Approximately 35% of the overall CSOD roadmap is driven by our EMEA clients, while over 80% of features included input from our EMEA client base.

Elvis Ha

Manager Product Management, Cornerstone

Elvis Ha joined Cornerstone OnDemand in 2012 to spearhead the Consumerization of the Enterprise and Employee at the Core product initiatives. Over the past five years, Elvis has continued to launch Cornerstone’s Universal Profile, Connect, Collaborative Learning, and Learning Admin Redesign projects. Behind each of these major product launches has been the drive to make the learning experience more social, engaging, intuitive, and collaborative.  Today, as the Manager of Cornerstone's Learning, Connect, Content, Mobile, and Extended Enterprise products, Elvis and his team of product managers focus on the vision, strategy, priority, design, and execution of these products. Working together with Cornerstone’s technology teams, Elvis is fiercely devoted to bringing maximum value to clients with each release.

Andrew Higson

Solutions Architect, Cornerstone

Andrew has worked with Cornerstone for the last 10 years and is currently a Solution Architect in EMEA, responsible for scoping the service requirements for new and existing Clients. Andrew has a wide ranging experience within the Learning and Development and Generalist HR area, and in addition to implementing the Cornerstone solution,  was previously a Cornerstone client managing the Operational Learning function for Aon UK.

Yvonne Jackson

Manager, Strategic Client Success, Cornerstone

Yvonne manages the EMEA Strategic Client Success Team at Cornerstone, working with some of our most complex and high profile clients. She has worked in the HR Software as a Service industry for the past 12 years in Relationship Management, Professional Service and Client Success roles.  Yvonne wants every client to achieve the best possible return on investment from their chosen software supplier and truly believes that a strong relationship with the Client Success organisation is key to achieving this. 

Dorit Kaplan

Senior Product Manager, Cornerstone

Dorit Kaplan joined Cornerstone OnDemand four years ago to foster the Content domain of the product. She has over 10 years of experience in product management and educational technologies, planning and delivering strategic products. Dorit focuses on driving innovative approaches of content such as using APIs to capture and communicate learning data to support nowadays learning paradigms, partnering with third party vendors to define integrations with Cornerstone’s product and enrich learning processes using up-to-date technologies.

Simone Koole

Product Manager, Cornerstone

Simone joined CSOD in June as a Product Manager in EMEA, with her main focus on CHR. Simone’s primary responsibility is to co-innovate with our prospects and clients to understand EMEA business processes, translating them into functional requirements. By providing the Product Management team use cases or “storylines” for product design, we ensure the global needs are taken into consideration.

Simone has a strong background in HR related systems and processes. Before joining CSOD, Simone has worked as a HR IT Solution Manager at Ericsson. In this role, she has been part of many different global HR IT related projects, including companywide implementations of both cloud and on premise solutions for Core HR and Talent Management, system enhancements, and maintenance of existing HR IT Systems. She also has been involved in process transformation activities and starting up a Global Shared Service Center.

Asif Qamar

Vice President, Chief Analytics Architect, Cornerstone

Asif leads the big-data machine-learning platform at Cornerstone. He has over two decades of experience in software development, architecture, and the scientific analysis of data. Over these decades, he has been actively involved in technical leadership activities, giving various seminars, workshops ,and hands-on architectural leadership of various engineering teams.

Sarah Spence

Senior Implementation Consultant, Cornerstone

Sarah is a Senior Consultant within the North EMEA Delivery team. This year marks her third working for Cornerstone, where she has had the opportunity of working with clients across all industries. Prior to joining, she lead a practice for TOGAF competency implementation and worked as a Senior Consultant for Business Transformation. She is both TOGAF Certified and a qualified CISCO Business Value Practitioner.

Ruben Baron

Maria Behrendt

Having worked for over 15 years in Training/Learning, Maria heads up the Cornerstone University in Europe as the Team Lead. Very passionate about technology Maria always wanted to combine great technology and learning processes. As a consultant she helped large organisations to shape their training strategies. Since starting with Cornerstone 3 years ago Maria has delivered training programmes for all modules all over Europe in Japan and the US for the Cornerstone University.

Peter Gold

Peter is a highly experienced talent acquisition specialist and ex-recruiter with over 25 years of experience. In 1999 he built one of the UK’s first Applicant Tracking Systems and since then has worked with large organisations on their on their direct resourcing strategy. He has also worked as an industry analyst publishing numerous white papers, books and blogs focused on the continual evolution of the talent acquisition technology sector.


Peter has recently joined Cornerstone OnDemand as a Principal Consultant, Thought Leadership & Advisory Services team that is built around an in-house group of former analysts and consultants, who focus on connecting the dots between business, talent, and technology strategy for both internal and external stakeholders.


Peter’s areas of expertise include: Talent strategy, digital marketing, direct sourcing, system integrations, onboarding, recruitment analytics.

Stacy Guidera

Learning Design Manager, Cornerstone Foundation
As Project and Learning Design Manager at the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation, Stacy Guidera is responsible for managing and delivering technology-based learning projects and content development efforts for humanitarian programs and the Foundation’s learning initiatives leveraging the Cornerstone OnDemand platform.

Before joining the Foundation, Stacy worked as a Learning and HR Specialist for the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations. She has extensive experience in project management, HR, implementing systems and developing content solutions for the European Commission, and academic, non-profit and international organisations.

Emmanuel Laurent

Strategic Client Success Manager, Cornerstone OnDemand on behalf of Alcatel Lucent Enterprise
Emmanuel is a Client Success Manager at Cornerstone, managing a series of important accounts. Emmanuel primary focus is to help them matching Cornerstone system and the on going processes in their organisations. Emmanuel is also responsible for the satisfaction of his portfolio.
He has been working in human resources for 6 years and comes from a consulting firm, where he worked on processes redesign and change management. His favorites domains remain recruitment and compensation but as any client success manager he helps his whole portfolio with the full suite of Cornerstone.

Ian O’Rourke

Ian has over 15 years’ experience in Learning and Development in both the banking and financial sector covering a wide range of topics including, sales, regulation, soft skills and Technology. Coming from a client where Ian was the main system lead, he is working with global clients and helping to support them make the most of their investment in the Cornerstone application.

Pratik Savai

VP, Application Development, Cornerstone

Pratik manages software development of all the cloud applications at Cornerstone OnDemand. He joined Cornerstone in 2005 as a Software Engineer on the Learning Cloud. His in-depth knowledge of the Cornerstone product and its technical architecture allow him to effectively lead all the application development efforts. Pratik’s teams collaborate with the Product and QA teams to successfully release new product functionality. They also work closely with the Global Product Support teams to address application issues on Production, Pilot and Stage environments. Pratik has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Mumbai University, a Master’s in Electrical Engineering and another Master’s in Computational Biology, both from USC, and is currently pursuing a MBA from UCLA Anderson.

Abdelrahman Ayman Ibrahim Mohamed

Interim President, AIESEC International

Abdelrahman is a Clinical Pharmacist with a specialty in Paediatric Oncology so imagine the twist on that being currently the President of AIESEC International, an organisation present in 126 countries and territories, with a youth volunteer bas of more than 49,000 members that contribute to the deliver of 41,000 leadership development experiences for young people annually.

Next to this, Abderahman continues to work on youth development within his country making the concept of leadership development accessible, which led him to initiate a startup with 3 partners called Leadership Factory.

In addition to that he, has dedicated himself to delivering more than 1000 hours of formal and informal training across 52 countries for youth in different settings, aimed at youth empowerment and leadership development.

Aaron Boyle

Talent Development Partner , Corporation of Lloyd's

Aaron Boyle is a Talent Development Partner at Lloyd’s of London, working at both a strategic and operational level with business leaders to consult, advise and source development solutions across his business groups. Aaron managed the tender process to procure the Cornerstone system, and was instrumental in the build and implementation of the Cornerstone Learning module for the Lloyd’s University within Cornerstone. Aaron manages the compliance training and face-to-face functionality of the University system internally, and is working with Adam Triggs to develop the Extended Enterprise functionality with parts of the Lloyd’s market.

Craig Brassington

Christophe Galindo

Frédéric Henrion

Senior VP HR Development, SUEZ
Frederic Henrion is currently Senior VP HR Development for the Suez Group. He is responsible worldwide for identifying and developing talents all over the group in order to sustain Suez strategy. One of is challenge is to change the mindset of a company that has been focused on providing specialized services and that should now move to become a more integrated global solutions provider.

Before that he spent 3 years in the United States where he did participate to the takeover of a water management company by Suez. At that time he set up a full process of talent management, including annual appraisal, people review and succession planning.

Gaelle Huteau

After studying psychology, management and HR, Gaelle worked 10 years in HR positions such as administrative HR, recruitment, training and HR manager.
Gaelle joined Adisseo 3 years ago in the HR Development team in order to support new HRIS solutions deployments (including Cornerstone), especially in France and Spain.

Gaelle is now in charge of managing all Cornerstone modules worldwide, including new implementations and deployments to come (Recruiting, Onboarding & Succession).


Carine July

Group HRIS Program Director, SUEZ
Carine July comes from a successful background in operational project management and has successfully lead major projects in both the Water and Recycling & Recovery SUEZ businesses alongside her Waste Water Plant Director role. 
Carine is the SUEZ Group HRIS Program Director, leading a global process of modernization and convergence of HR processes and tools. The three year program was launched in autumn 2016 as part of an ambitious transformation strategy and digitalization of Group activities. The objective is to design and implement the Cornerstone solution for all 90,000 employees of the Group, covering: Core HR, talent management, compensation, recruitment & mobility and the learning management system. 
Carine brings over 25 years extensive experience in operational project management and design, development and deployment experience of business processes and IT tools in several Group businesses. Further experience in directly managing a large, complex plant with a diverse and demanding workforce has given Carine the opportunity to work with a number of HRIS systems. 
Carine, alongside her drive and passion, brings a wealth of people management, operational and project experience to this project.

Kirsten Kautz

Lead Expert, Total Rewards, Danfoss

Kirsten is the Director of Total Rewards at Danfoss, with a focus on direct compensation including salary and incentive programs and initiatives. She has gained significant compensation and benefit experience in the US and Europe, optimising global HR processes to realise them within technical platforms. Most recently in her roles at Danfoss she has worked with a cross-functional team to align global performance management and compensation programmes with HR Strategy.

Eric Linin

Eric Linin is Head of Talent Development at Lloyd’s of London where he leads globally on all matters relating to development and career management ranging from Lloyd’s highly acclaimed emerging talent programmes through to leadership and executive development. Skip Marshall

Vice President and CTO, Tribridge Human Capital

Skip Marshall is Vice President and CTO of Tribridge’s Human Capital Management (HCM) business unit, responsible for managing its solution architecture, product strategy and overall technology strategy. Previously he served as Vice President of Professional Services for Intelladon, a leading talent management firm acquired by Tribridge in 2013. Skip has extensive design, development and deployment experience in instructional programs, enterprise talent management initiatives and the technology infrastructure to support them. He has implemented courseware development processes using SCORM and AICC e-learning standards and specializes in designing technology solutions to address complex business issues within the HCM space. Skip is a former faculty member at the University of South Florida; a teaching and technology fellow at the University of Florida; a member of the Academic Computing Committee and the Website Advisory Committee; an author and presenter in the fields of education and instructional technology; and a former reviewer for the British Journal of Educational Technology. He holds an MBA and a Master of Education degree, as well as a Specialist degree in Instructional Technology, all from the University of Florida.

Sima Patel

Sima Patel joined Santa Fe in September 2014 as the Group Learning, Development and Talent Manager.

Prior to joining Santa Fe, she has held positions as a Workforce Development Manager at Hertfordshire County Council and Learning and Development Manager at Marie Stopes International where she had full responsibility in leading the Learning and Development Function.

Francesco Pucci

Summer Rogers

AVP, Product Management, Cornerstone

After nine years of experience working on the product, Summer effectively has a PhD in the Cornerstone platform. During her tenure she has designed solutions for all product suites including Learning, Performance, Recruiting, and Analytics. Now as AVP of Product she supports the complete team of Product Managers who work as business owners influencing the direction and execution of Cornerstone’s innovative product solutions. Summer is originally from the San Diego area where she studied Business Administration for Service Sector Management. After moving to Los Angeles she interviewed to join the Marketing team at Cornerstone but fate and Adam Miller’s keen eye for potential allowed her the opportunity to design products that help HR practitioners realise their organisations’ goals and potential.

Shelby Shankland

Shelby Shankland has been with SweetRush, Inc for almost 10 years, a true "coming up through the ranks" success story. Because of this, she has a unique knowledge of the inner workings of the company, and uses this to her advantage while managing her team of production managers, and managing projects and programs for SweetRush clients. Lisbeth Soerensen

Senior HR Specialist, Dankske Bank
Lisbeth is currently a part of driving the concept development of a new performance appraisal set-up in the Danske Bank Group. She has worked in Danske Bank for 30 years, with a background in front-line advising. For the past 16 years Lisbeth has worked in HR as a project manager on various HR projects. The first years primarily on large training projects, e.g. migration training after acquisition of Sampo Bank in Finland. 

The later years Lisbeth has been responsible for the Performance Appraisal set-up, including implementation of Performance (2013) and Learning (2015) in Cornerstone.  

Privately she lives in the centre of Copenhagen with her husband and two children (17 and 19 years old).

Jason Sunseri

Adam Triggs

Talent Development Partner , Corporation of Lloyd's

Adam Triggs is a Talent Development Partner at Lloyd’s of London, working at both a strategic and operational level with business leaders to advise on, and source development solutions across his business groups. Adam managed the build and implementation of the Cornerstone Performance module at Lloyd’s in his previous role as a HR Business Partner, before moving to the Talent Development team and working on developing the Lloyd’s University within Cornerstone. Adam has spent the last 10 months developing the Extended Enterprise functionality with parts of the Lloyd’s market and is now involved in a wider Extended Enterprise roll-out and the launch of a career management centre within the system.

Aaron Tuckwell

People Development Technical Lead, Swinton Insurance
I’m Aaron and I’m the People Development Technical Lead for Swinton. As part of my role, I look after the LMS side of Cornerstone, but as it was the first module we launched, I’m also one of the 2 Super Admins for the site; having been involved with the implementation of our Performance, Recruitment, Onboarding & Succession modules; especially as they all have roots and links to the LMS and learning development, so once you understand the main site functions, the rest is so much easier to work with. I work along-side my colleague Graham to assist with site admin, user queries and technical issues for all of the modules and between us and a team of admins ensure that the site runs as efficiently as possible.

Martin Tweddle
